About Me

I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1976. I went to Princeton High School and then on to one of the greatest programs in the nation at the University of Cincinnati. During my studies at DAAP, I worked for the University as a Web Designer in the Women's Studies Department. There I discovered my true passion, creating spectacular design. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design from DAAP in 2000.

From there, I was employed at Standard Textile Company as the only Web Designer. My position grew into e-learning, video, animations, presentations, and print design. I spent eight years learning and growing but still focusing on web design. I worked on international and e-commerce web sites as well as the corporate and personal sites. Unfortunately, Standard Textile was suffering from the recession and I was unemployed as part of lay offs.

Currently, I am employed as a Website Specialist at Western & Southern. As part of my job duties I update and maintain several websites. I also work closely with the Marketing and IS departments to coordinate web updates and system maintenance. I make suggestions on colors and graphics and program the css and html files.
